TWO MAN OPERATION
Stage 6
No two sleeve couplers should be within the same bay in beween legs. Once top handrail has been fully erected you can start to insert bottom rail making sure all sleeve couplers are staggered. Once at the end of a straight run a leg with radial arm and flat foot must be placed 1.5 metres from any return.
